As United Methodists, we are the church with "Open Hearts, Open Minds and Open Doors".
John Wesley often stated, "The world is our parish". We invite everyone to come, worship with us and grow in the love of God, self and neighbor.
Our purpose is twofold -- to grow spiritually as followers of Jesus Christ and to live as Jesus' disciples making a difference in our homes and in our contemporary world.

Annually, the Blackfeet United Methodist Parish accepts shoeboxes filled with gifts to support the children and families of the Blackfeet Nation in northern Montana. A flyer with more information and tags to label your shoebox are located behind the pews. Please wrap your gift and attach the appropriate tag from the flyer. Shoeboxes will be accepted through December 7. Thank you for your mission outreach!
Join us during Advent for some spirited exploration in art-making with friends of all ages. This is an opportunity for those with a curious mind, playful nature, and eager soul. Join Pastor Sue on Wednesdays Dec. 10 and 17 from 3-5 PM at Aldersgate UMC for a time of spiritual discovery and art exploration using basic art mediums. No experience or supplies required.
Why explore contemplative art as spiritual practice?
“The process of art-making becomes a journey of discovery, where we open ourselves to what is being revealed moment by moment, rather than what we hope or expect to see…thereby deepening our relation to God, to the world around us and to ourselves.”

"The Midweek Lipreaders meet on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM and are studying the book "Spiritual Practices" in a twelve-week series. The book is part of the series "Knowing - Growing - Going" published by the Rose Discipleship Series and focuses on the Christian disciplines that grow our faith, strengthen us during trials, and promote communion with both God and man.
This class is based on Godly conversation fueled by “Sacramental Methodist brew.”

From its beginnings with John Wesley and the Methodist circuit riders, The United Methodist Church has focused on bringing the Word of God to all of God’s children. We do this by preaching and studying God’s Word as set forth in the Bible, observing the sacraments, praising God in work and song, living in Christian fellowship, and by reaching out to all persons, no matter their age, gender, race, economic, social or other status.
